Organic Produce

The Cutting Veg cultivates a variety of organic vegetables, fruits, and herbs at the farm located in Brampton, Ontario.

To grow this produce, The Cutting Veg uses traditional Organic Agriculture growing methods, including crop rotations, organic matter use, companion planting, and green manures. The Cutting Veg distributes its produce through farmers markets and through a Community Supported Agriculture program for the Thornhill/Vaughan community.
