Hello Garlic Lovers!
It’s garlic scape time, and we have 50,000 or so looking for a home! We’re offering them free to all of our garlic customers and volunteers. Want 10? 100? 1000? They can be picked up at the farm (Sundays, 8am-3pm), or Sorauren Farmers’ Market (3-7pm). If you are interested, send me a note at daniel@thecuttingveg.com letting me know approximately how many you want, and from where you want to pick them up. Here are some fun garlic scape recipes.
